These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CarePlan Pro platform and services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be authorized to act on behalf of a home care agency or be an invited caregiver, client representative, or administrator to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable healthcare, privacy, and labor regulations. You may not misuse the Services to transmit unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized data.
Agency subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from clients and caregivers for data collection, including location data.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarePlan Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
